This specific program is designed to attract individuals who are presently employed in the hospitality sector within Saskatchewan and who have received job offers for full-time positions to continue their work in this industry.

Program Eligibility

Requirement  
Express Entry Profile Not Required
Job Offer –         Full time, permanent

–         Approved Saskatchewan Hospitality employer.

Level of Education High school or Equivalent
Work Experience –         Employed in Saskatchewan
Hospitality Occupation (See below)-         6 months
Language Proficiency Min. CLB 4
Connection to Province Work Experience & Job Offer

Application Procedure

  • Ensure you meet the program’s eligibility criteria.
  • Apply through the SINP Online Portal; no application fee is required.
  • If your application is approved, you’ll receive an email notifying you of your provincial nomination.
  • Upon notification, you’ll obtain a provincial nomination certificate.
  • With the certificate, you can now submit your federal application for Canadian permanent residence to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
  • Be mindful of deadlines; you must submit your federal application within six months of receiving the provincial nomination certificate.
  • Fill out and mail a paper-based permanent residence application to the designated IRCC application center.
  • While processing times may vary, anticipate that paper-based PNP applications typically take around 18 months to process.
