Post Graduate Stream Canada for Permanent Residence

The International Post-Graduate Stream is a pathway under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) for graduates who have recently completed a master’s or doctoral degree at a recognized British Columbia institution. Unlike most BC PNP streams, it does not require a job offer, prior work experience, or a specific language test score. Eligible master’s fields include engineering, health professions, computer and information sciences, biological and biomedical sciences, mathematics and statistics, natural resources conservation, physical sciences, and agriculture-related sciences, while doctoral degree holders from a public BC university may qualify in any field. Successful applicants may receive a provincial nomination, and candidates applying through Express Entry may benefit from an additional 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points. At Batra Law Offices, we help candidates confirm their degree and timeline meet program standards, prepare a complete application, and manage the nomination process.
