This category allows candidates with a job offer from a Saskatchewan employer and who are living abroad or in Canada and a sufficiently high score total on the SINP Points Assessment Grid to apply for provincial nomination at any time.

Application Procedure

  • Qualified applicants can submit their applications through the SINP Online Portal, the official platform for SINP applications.
  • There is no fee for the Saskatchewan Employment Offer stream, making it cost-effective for candidates.
  • Successful applicants will receive an email notification from Saskatchewan indicating their provincial nomination.
  • With the provincial nomination certificate in hand, candidates can proceed with their application for Canadian permanent residency.
  • Candidates have six months from receiving the provincial nomination to submit their paper-based application for Canadian permanent residency to the federal government.
  • Federal processing of paper-based permanent residency applications typically takes around 18 months.
