This immigration stream is designed for foreign individuals possessing the necessary skills and international work experience that can contribute to Manitoba’s workforce.
Candidates must demonstrate an establish connection to Manitoba through one of the following ways:
- Support of close relatives or friends, or
- Previous education in Manitoba or
- Previous work experience in Manitoba or
- An invitation to apply received from MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
