The Critical Construction Worker Pilot – Job Offer Pathway is only for people who have a permanent, full-time job offers from a Nova Scotia employer in the below mentioned NOC job categories.
Candidates who have received a nomination or endorsement under Nova Scotia nomination program or Atlantic Immigration program with in last 12 months are not eligible to apply. Besides, candidates who are in Canada a part of caregiver program, and self-employed candidates are not eligible to apply.

| Level of Education | Must have high school diploma, or completed a construction specific industry training program. |
| Work Experience | Must have at least 1 Year work experience related to the job. |
| Language Proficiency | Demonstrate language proficiency in English or French equal to Canadian Language Benchmark – CLB Level 5 – NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, 3) or CLB Level 4 – NOC TEER 4 and 5. |
