This program is for seasoned investors who intend to immigrate and settle in Quebec permanently.

This program opens from time to time.

Program Eligibility

Factors
Age	Points allotted between 18 to 45 Years
Job Offer	Not Required
Language Proficiency	Up to 22 points
Level of Education / Training	–         Must be sec-school diploma before the date of submission of the application.
Work Experience	Min. 2 Years – Managerial Experience
Personal Net Worth	–         Have net worth assets of at least $2 million CAD, with accompanying spouse or common law partner.
Investment	–         Invest $1,200,000 CAD with an authorised financial intermediary.  –         (The investment is guaranteed by Quebec government. Financial intermediary will refund this amount without interest within 30 days, at the end of their investment. Financial intermediary may finance their investment).
Management Experience	–         Possess at least 2 years of managerial experience with components like planning, management, control of financial resources, control of human / material resources.
Connection to Province	Not specifically required
Selection Criteria	–         May score points for age, language proficiency, education or training background –         Score the minimum 40 out of 89 points on the program’s selection grid

Application Procedure

• Submit your application to QIIP.

• Application review by immigration authorities.

• Receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for a CSQ.

• Attend an interview and demonstrate French proficiency.

• Apply for a CSQ.

• Submit a federal application for permanent residence.
