Application Procedure
- Ensure you meet the program’s eligibility criteria.
- Apply through the SINP Online Portal; no application fee is required.
- If your application is approved, you’ll receive an email notifying you of your provincial nomination.
- Upon notification, you’ll obtain a provincial nomination certificate.
- With the certificate, you can now submit your federal application for Canadian permanent residence to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
- Be mindful of deadlines; you must submit your federal application within six months of receiving the provincial nomination certificate.
- Fill out and mail a paper-based permanent residence application to the designated IRCC application center.
- While processing times may vary, anticipate that paper-based PNP applications typically take around 18 months to process.
