Individuals having a valid Quebec Selection Certificate/ Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ) may work in Quebec without obtaining a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) for their job position. A Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) indicates eligibility to reside in Quebec and supports federal applications but does not grant immediate entry or serve as a work or study permit.
