Saskatchewan Students

This program is designed for international students who have recently graduated their studies at a Saskatchewan institution or recognized post-secondary educational institutional in Canada, and have acquired a minimum of six months of work experience in Saskatchewan.

This program has two different requirements for:

  • International Students completed their Canadian Education in Saskatchewan
  • International Students completed their Canadian Education (Outside Saskatchewan)

Application Procedure

  • Saskatchewan Students stream accepts applications at any time.
  • Use the SINP Online Portal for application.
  • No application fee is required. 
  • Approved applicants receive an email for provincial nomination. 
  • After provincial nomination, submit a federal permanent residence application. 
  • Applicants have a six-month window post-provincial nomination. 
  • Submit a paper-based permanent residency application. 
  • Note that paper-based PNP applications take about 18 months for processing.
